Offered in sessions of either:

- 3 x 1 Hour one- on- one sessions over a 3-month time period via Microsoft Teams.

- 6 x 1 Hour one- on-one sessions over a 3- month time period via Microsoft Teams.


Best suited to those who have limited, basic or intermediate knowledge surrounding their cycle and are looking to develop their knowledge and for those with an interest in learning to live cyclically.


Group face-to-face menstrual cycle empowerment education sessions.

Face to face group education and coaching sessions with like-minded women. Be guided to understand about the physical, nutritional, mood, energy and life events and stressors and how these may impact your cycle and overall health.


The group setting has the benefits of fostering a supportive inclusive and safe space for women enabling them to be a part of a community that can help inspire others to learn and feel empowered to live in harmony with their cycle. It enables opportunities for growth and confidence while creating a sense of achievement in helping to empower others to adopt healthier lifestyle practices that may improve cycle health.

School menstrual cycle empowerment education sessions.

Informative menstrual education that adheres to the Western Australian School Curriculum Standards and Authority. Delivered in an exciting and interactive way specific to the needs of the school and its students, session time frames are also dependent on the school's preference.


Students will learn basic female anatomy, the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how to track the cycle using a written tracker. Students will feel empowered and supported in identifying cycle challenges and when to seek help should these challenges arise.


Group retreat and corporate menstrual cycle empowerment education sessions.

Reconnect and redevelop your connection with your cycle. Spend time in nature reflecting and reconnecting with your body and your menstrual cycle. Explore self care rituals, eat delicious in season nutritious meals and develop lasting friendships with other like minded participants. Tailored group and corporate retreats available on request.
